The internet has brought everything in to your office or home and the shopping requirements of different business around the world. An item you wont find on a domestic shpping list is rubber tracks, something that tends to get used only for buildong or snow moving purposes.
Of course I am only talking about the UK, but In Norway it is amazing how many private individuals actually own a tracked vehicle. I use Norway only as ana example but as here in the UK we could only see rubber tracked vehciles on a building site, in Norway, these are ideal vehicles for removing snow.
The internet means that people of Norway and other colder countries look for for unusual things like rubber tracks from beyond their own country in order to save money. China makes a lot of rubber tracks, but many prefer brand names so brand based in the UK and USA will get the orders.
the interent has just chnaged the way we shop but also increased on abailty to sell things we would not ususally associate with this country in any bulk. IN better words even though the demand for rubber tracks is primarily business based, by using the interent to supply rubber tracks to other countries, the customer base is expanded dramatically.
